Tier (Subscription Tier) - The Tier is the amount of content, (typically determined by cost) that network operators offer subscribers. Basic level, or Tier 1, may be inexpensive and offer limited programming. Tier 2 has more channels and/or features but costs more. Tier 3 offers more etc.
