Sony Internet TV -
The electronic giant has introduced
the world's first Internet-connected
TV to corporate the Google TV platform. Consumers can
search for and access content from their DVR, standard television
service provider and across the
Internet using Google TV's cloud-based computing solution. "Sony
Internet TV" (is)was launched in the Fall of 2010. Sony Internet TV
comes in the form of both a standalone TV model and set top box-type
unit incorporating a Blu-ray Disc drive. These web-connected smart
TVs also have built-in Wi-Fi networking and connect to your
television through HDMI. Users will need a broadband Internet
connection.
