Satellite Interactive TV - Satellite Interactive TV interactive TV via Direct Broadcast Satellite (Echostar & DIRECTV are examples in the US. Sky is one in the UK.)  Satcasters (satellite TV providers) can offer a surprisingly large amount of interactive TV. Dish Network is a pioneering interactive TV provider in the States as is Sky in the UK. DirecTV offers a good deal also. Satellite TV providers usually were earlier providers of interactive TV than other TV providers.
