OEDN - OEDN.net, "The OCAP/EBIF Developer Network" is a site dedicated to promoting awareness of CableLabs’ two primary interactive specifications: "tru2way" and the Enhanced TV Binary Interchange Format (EBIF).

OEDN.net also acts as an online developer network for the promotion of Interactive Television application and service development on digital cable television.

OEDN was started with the urging of Will Kreth, Time Warner Cable’s senior director of advanced video product management.
