Fully Interactive TV - "Fully Interactive TV" is a progressively more antiquated term for when interactive TV has unlimited bandwidth restrictions and can offer more developed real-time high quality video communications, home networking and other interactive functions. "Fully Interactive TV" of 2001 is fast becoming a reality and thus would just be referred to as "Interactive TV."
