American Film Institute - (AFI) - AFI deals specifically with moving pictures.  They were a member of the former ATVEF and have endorsed interactive TV. www.afi.com

AFI's "The Digital Content Lab" was originally founded as the Enhanced TV Workshop to explore the possibilities of interactive television. (Formerly known as The Enhanced TV Workshop.) (At least temporarily closed in March 2010.)
